Sopheon is launching a series of masterclasses on sustainable innovation.

Our first class introduced the transformation challenges faced by organizations across industry verticals and how you can take action by embedding action-led sustainable thinking and processes across your InnovationOps ecosystem and strategy.

This second class will help you drive your portfolio towards your sustainable innovation goals.

Sustainability has become a key aspect of company strategy, discussed at all levels of the organisation as well as with customers, investors, and the public at large. However, it is not always easy to demonstrate the alignment of the innovation portfolio with the company's sustainability strategies. Is there a simple, practical way to show the attention being given to this topic, or to indicate the percentage of time the R&D folks actually spend on it?

This complimentary masterclass includes a pre-survey to help you assess your organizational sustainable InnovationOps maturity.

The masterclass will be followed by optional coaching calls and further classes in sustainable innovation portfolio management and how to drive them to your strategy and goals.
