Michael is an enterprise software sales professional working with Sopheon’s A&D clients to help them leverage technology to accelerate strategic investment decision-making, manage shifting investments and initiatives and re-prioritize portfolios to keep pace with dynamically changing markets. He lives in Oxford, United Kingdom.

Hugh joined Sopheon from the United Kingdom Royal Navy where, as a senior leader, he was never happier than when driving up operational capability, leading change and creating value for the front line. His 17 years in the Royal Navy saw him at the cutting edge of military innovation in operations across the globe as well as within the UK and NATO’s digital transformation programmes. These experiences prepared him well for the challenge of embedding innovative 'start-up' cultures and ecosystems within established organisations to maintain their competitiveness and enable effective information-led decision making. He resides in the Maastricht area in the Netherlands.

Derrick is a Pre-Sales Business Consultant supporting Sopheon clients in the Aerospace & Defense and High-Tech verticals. He has more than 15 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Operations Strategy, Business Development and Capture Management. He has helped organizations digitally transform and enhance their enterprise agility via process design and enabling technology. Derrick joined Sopheon in 2018 to help our customers make smarter, faster decisions, leading to better strategy and mission execution.
